Our paper, “High-Throughput High-Resolution Digital Image Correlation Measurements by Multi-Beam SEM Imaging,” published in Experimental Mechanics (Vol. 63-5, pp. 939-953, 2023), has been recognized as the best research paper in Experimental Mechanics of the year. This paper highlights our pioneering work in high-throughput measurements of plasticity in metals to accelerate material discovery. Check out the paper here: https://lnkd.in/gNKQiZ5H
Dr. Miklos Hetényi was an Hungarian-American engineer who made seminal contributions to the field of mechanics. We thank the Society for Experimental Mechanics, Inc. for this honor, which acknowledges a pursuit that is important to me in developing innovative experimental approaches. Congratulations to everyone involved.
